Hola wild one,

It’s been a while. Maybe you’ve noticed, maybe not. Either way, thank you for being here!

The last time I shared something on Patreon was back in 2019. Back then, life revolved around boats, building Ocean Nomads, a global movement connecting ocean explorers to each other and the ocean. My days were a mix of salt, wind, and figuring it out as I went. And in many ways, they still are. I'm still passionately involved with Ocean Nomads and it has grown into more than just me, by Ocean Nomads for Ocean Nomads, and that's pretty wild in itself!

But now, the stories come from more places. From the trail. From the van. From the forest, the coastlines, the springs. From quiet places where signal doesn’t reach, but life does.

I’ve been hesitant to return to Patreon. There’s pressure in platforms. Pressure to perform. And I’ve never been here to perform. I’m here to live a different kind of life. When I share, it’s because it feels aligned, not because I ‘have to' post.

That said, more and more of you have asked me for ways to support personally (Thank you!) And after some reflection, here I am again on Patreon. Not with a perfect plan, but with a clear intention: to keep creating, slowly and consciously. To share what I learn along the way. And to build tools and stories that might help you live a little more wildfully too.

What this Patreon is not: it’s not a content machine. It’s not about selling a lifestyle or pushing polished posts. It’s about keeping raw, real, slow-living stories alive. From the trail, from the sea, from the van, and from the in-between moments that never make it to a story, so far :)

It’s a space to support storytelling with soul. Practical tools with purpose. Resources that come from experience, not from a script. It’s about sharing how I live, not to teach or impress, but to show what’s possible when you choose a different rhythm.

I’ve relaunched my YouTube channel and started creating videos again. So far, I’ve published six new videos and I’m currently working on a series about long-distance hiking and wild camping. It’s one of the most nature-connected and freeing lifestyles I’ve experienced. I think we may reach 3000 subscribers today! How exciting!

On Patreon, I’ve updated everything and added a few new layers of support and connection. Depending on the tier you choose, you’ll get access to things like my GR11 Thruhike Planner and Packing List, My favourite vanlife spots of all time, a Pack Shakedown or Adventure Planning Circle for deeper support, and occasional ongoing reflections from the trail, van, or sea.

This space is here for those who want to go beyond the highlight reel. To get real. To walk a little closer with me.

I still live very simply. Most of the time off-grid. Always on a small budget. Every euro helps more than you think. It allows me to create without chasing algorithms, without compromising integrity, and without having to trade time in nature for time in hustle. It gives me the space to slow down, go deep, and share what I learn with care, honesty, and usefulness.

If you’ve ever received value from a post, a video, a checklist, or a moment of truth in something I’ve shared, this is a way to support that work continuing.

If you feel called, you can check out my new Patreon page here. THANK YOU!

I’ll continue to post slowly, in rhythm with real life. With presence. With intention. And I’m deeply grateful for everyone who helps make that possible.

Thank you for being part of this journey, in whatever form it takes.

With love,
Suzanne
