Why listen to me?

Fifteen-plus years of nomadic living, mostly overland and oversea: 50,000+ nautical miles under sail, six years in the van, 13,000+ kilometres on foot and more ferries and night trains than I can count. Slow is not a compromise. It is the whole point.
